**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Cedar Heath Service**team as a** Social Worker,**where you will be responsible for:
- Development and delivery of quality psychosocial health service to support improved health outcomes for consumers through the provision of evidenced based interventions in line with the Model of Care- Accountable for adhering to all facets of the Model of Care such as procedures and work instructions- Continuous service improvement through research, evaluation and the development of policies, procedures and practice standards for the organisation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

- work with consumers who are vulnerable and impacted by DFV.
- critically analyse and respond to the changing needs of consumers and the organisation.
- develop, deliver and evaluate training and group programs
- contribute to ongoing quality improvement activities
