**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead projects for modifying utility vehicles with traffic cages, arrow boards, and other specialized equipment.
- Perform and oversee welding and electrical installations to ensure they meet our high standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand customization requirements and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Manage the workflow to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor team members in welding techniques, electrical work, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations during the modification process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in vehicle modification, specifically with utility vehicles used in traffic control and concreting trucks.
- Strong background in welding and electrical installations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to vehicle modifications.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and team members.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
