**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to our NDIS participants. This role involves working across various locations in Melbourne, including suburbs such as:

- Melbourne CBD
- Northern Suburbs (e.g., Preston, Brunswick)
- Eastern Suburbs (e.g., Box Hill, Doncaster)
- Southern Suburbs (e.g., St Kilda, Cheltenham)
- Western Suburbs (e.g., Footscray, Sunshine)

The role will focus on enhancing clients' independence, community participation, and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in social and recreational activities.
- Implement individual care plans to meet clients’ unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes or concerns.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: Up to $74,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
