What You Will Accomplish Here

Gaming Laboratories Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and well organised person to fulfil an Administrative Assistant role, based in our Adelaide Office in St Marys. You will have an opportunity to utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Telephone and front desk reception
- Distributes correspondence or other documents to the department, as needed
- Answers questions and directs individuals to the appropriate party, as necessary
- Organises and plans meetings, taking notes and writing minutes
- Assists management in the preparation of presentations and internal reports
- Provides assistance with organising and tracking travel arrangements
- Coordinates employee events at all locations
- Office maintenance, such as keeping the office clean, safe and organised, and handling office supply inventory
- Provides assistance with daily department operations and reporting, as needed
- Works independently and within a team on various projects
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all work performed
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Must have the ability to handles confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner
- Must have a high comfort level interacting with executives, clients and customers
- Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients/prospective clients
- Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
