At Cement Australia, we believe our people are the foundation of our success. We’re looking for a passionate **Training & Development Specialist** to join our People & Capability team in Darra. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our training strategy, enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) and delivering impactful leadership programs contributing to workforce capability, continuous learning, and a strong safety culture.
**Your Opportunity**
- Lead continuous improvement of the governance, structure and functionality of the LMS, ensuring compliance, usability and data accuracy.
- Deliver and support leadership and capability programs aligned to business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to develop and deliver learning solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and guide stakeholders on fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Design engaging learning content using digital tools and authoring software.
- Support talent initiatives and assist to facilitate leadership programs that support high performance.
- Be the key contact for LMS support across the business.
**What You’ll Bring**
- 8+ years’ experience in L&D in a heavy industry context.
- Demonstrated expertise in LMS administration management and learning systems governance (SABA preferred).
- Relevant degree in HR, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360.
- Proven ability to monitor and analyse data to inform training decisions and ensure compliance.
- Excellent time management, project coordination, and a passion for championing a learning culture.
