**Requirements**:
This is a very hands-on role - you'll be out of the office and in front of our customers a lot. You'll mentor others in the team and build consulting capability across the organisation, lead sales initiatives and be a key player working with significant clients. We are looking for a highly intelligent person, capable of knowing when and how to rip up the rulebook to drive continual improvement and innovation while retaining effective process and control. If you’re at the top of your MSP and are looking for your next big step, this could be it. This role would suit someone who has owned or managed an MSP or a senior consulting MSP professional.

The only non-negotiable requirements are:

- You must have credentials and experience with consulting in the IT Managed Services industry
- You must believe in our company values (found on the About Us page of the First Focus website)
- You must be Sydney metro based
