One of the critical leadership roles in our team General Manager, People Operations is now open for someone to take up. About the opportunity If you were to take on this role, you would be reporting directly into the Group Executive, People and Culture and leading a small team overseeing the current and future operational people needs of the business. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategies, projects and BAU outcomes linked to the overall people and culture strategy. This remit includes overall employee lifecycle processing and experience, remuneration and benefits, technology and systems leadership (SuccessFactors), analytics and reporting, risk and compliance, health safety and wellbeing ( HSW) and payroll management. This role will partner with business leaders and external consultancies to achieve all elements of our “firm foundations pillar" in our people strategy. The GM People Operations will be accountable for an uplift in the overall delivery of people processes to ensure a consistent experience across the employee lifecycle that is aligned to the company strategy as well as People & Culture strategy. This role at the present time is focused on the delivery of transformation within our HR operations space, while managing the BAU delivery of our ongoing operations. **Key result areas**: Create the roadmap and execute change across our HR tech stack with a focus on SuccessFactors, and complementary technologies for the employee lifecycle Lead the development of a suite of people reporting and analytics tools Own our remuneration framework and strategy to ensure market leading rewards and recognition Maintain our job sizing and position matrix Implement a Health and Wellbeing strategy for our corporate offices Develop a strategy across our payroll processes to assist with reporting and analytics Manage a range of audit, risk, and compliance obligations About you You’re a strong and pragmatic HR generalist with deep HR operations experience including, HR tech stack capability, remuneration framework and HR operations management experience, combined with a track record of success in the creation and delivery of solutions across multiple competing priorities.
