**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the hunt for a new **Customer Care Consultant** to join our **Trade Store** team based in **Morwell VIC**

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Support our Trade Store counter as required, customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties
- Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable

To be successful, you will have:

- Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
