As a Retail Store Manager at Funtopia, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, family-focused indoor entertainment and dining venue. Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient and profitable business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily retail and hospitality operations across all activity zones, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for guests of all ages.
- Supervise and support a diverse team, including recruitment, rostering, onboarding, ongoing training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with Funtopia’s values and service standards to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and analyse business performance metrics including revenue, customer flow, and cost management to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, expense control, and regular financial reporting to drive profitability and sustainability.
- Build and manage supplier relationships for both the retail and food & beverage offerings, including contract negotiation and inventory coordination.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to attract new customers and build loyalty among existing visitors.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and delivering memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $92,625.18 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
