Seeking Administration Officer/Receptionist to join the team at Navigate Financial Group. The Full-Time or Part-Time position primarily involves the management of the front desk, liaising with clients and all associated day-to-day tasks. You will work with financial advisers and first and for most, provide excellent customer service skills.
To be considered for this position you must be able to address the criteria below:
- Managing incoming calls and client enquiries, delegating to the appropriate team member
- Diary management; coordination of all appointments for advisers and staff
- Generate Reports and prepare packages for Advisers
- Manage small social media posts
- Organize events for the team or clients
- Proficient in Microsoft suite with the ability to learn CRM platforms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manly, NSW 2095: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
