Title: Reception/Sales Associate

**Partime 3.00pm-8:30pm Monday to Thursday**
**Location: Manly NSW**

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Reception/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including student management, organizing afternoon tea for students, coordinating orientation sessions, and creating engaging social media reels stories every day. We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage international student inquiries, maintain records, and provide accurate information about our programs and services.
- Coordinate and organize afternoon tea sessions for students, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Plan and execute orientation sessions to help new students familiarize themselves with our facilities and programs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and create engaging, visually appealing social media reels stories daily.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.
- Assist in sales-related tasks, including conducting campus tours and promoting our offerings to potential students and parents.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Maintain an efficient appointment scheduling system and communicate relevant information to staff and students.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including handling phone calls, mail, and other general office duties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in creating engaging multimedia content.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge and experience in the education sector is an asset but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
