**Your role**:
The Diversity and Inclusion Lead working within the Quality and Outcomes team, will manage and lead projects focused on embedding a culture of diversity and inclusion across the organisation. Co-design, consult and implement projects such as the rainbow tick accreditations, disability action plan and the development of a diversity and inclusion framework. This is a role that you can work from home or one of our offices but will require you to get out and about and meet our people.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role in the human services sector
- A continuous improvement focus and experience designing and implementing change management projects across large programs
- The ability to manage a range of projects with competing demands to completion
- Ensure robust project management
- A passion for diversity and inclusion across all areas of the organisation
- A demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Various qualifications: Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management will all suit this role

**What you need to know**:

- Total remuneration package $88,000 at 0.8
- Part time 4 days per week
- Office location: Collingwood but with flexibility work from any Melbourne site
- Step in to a role that allows you to develop and improve your leadership skills
- Involvement with projects, project management and improvement
- These projects are already underway
