We’re looking for a skilled professional to bring expertise in project managing and delivering service reviews. In this role, you’ll lead the way in undertaking and overseeing the Four-Year Prioritised Service Review Program, whilst also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service reviews incorporate community and organisational expectations around service provision and explore opportunities for service improvement.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic and driven Service Review Officer to project manage, coordinate and provide expertise in undertaking service reviews. In this role you will will act as a facilitator and enabler, guiding service areas across multiple departments and teams through Council’s Service Review Process. A a trusted advisor you will administer Council’s Four-Year Prioritised Service Review Program 2025-2029, ensuring Council is delivering services in a strategic, efficient and effective manner, whilst meeting the growing needs of our community and maintaining financial sustainability.
