Property Manager Operations

**Full Time position**:

**About the Role**
- Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters)
- Manage the day-to-day operations including the provision of superior customer service, reporting, budgeting, planning, marketing and owner relations
- Manage pastoral care matters and critical incidents, referring residents to community and university support networks as required
- Manage all Operating agreements to ensure KPIs established in Agreement are proactively met
- Be thoroughly familiar with our management agreements and to manage the property as per the agreements
- Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with each key stakeholder group (investors, owners corporation, body corporate management, etc)
- Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion
- Manage and maximise financial performance
- Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company
- Pro-actively maintain the building’s fit-out and the standard of its equipment
- Contribute to the development of a positive culture within UniLodge, building its appeal in the marketplace for future and present residents
- Create a team environment where everyone helps each other
- Build a high performing team with effective recruitment, delivery of relevant training and development to ensure that team members can reach their true potential, coaching, motivation, and the creation of a positive work environment
- Embrace and encourage staff towards continuous improvement in their workplace
- Be a member of the first response team and attend to critical incidents outside of office hours
**About You**
- COVID full vaccination or exemption as per State & industry legislation
- Experience in student accommodation industry (desirable)
- Knowledge of the university environment and ideally previous tertiary studies that have provided the experience to fully understand the complexities of University life
- Experience with property management system (highly regarded)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve and manage conflict
- Focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
- National Police Check & Working with Children’s check (required)
