Sales Coordinator

- Sourcing and qualifying sales leads
- Preparing quotations
- Preparing proposals and tender responses
- Generating contracts, scopes of work and terms and conditions
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Working with the operations team to transition successful new Clients
- Preparing Client reporting
- Maintaining our social media presence

We’re looking for someone with exceptional accuracy and eye for detail. You will need to be a good communicator, and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems. You will have previous experience in a sales support role. Previous experience in the facilities management environment will be highly regarded.

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 2 years (required)
- Cold Calling: 1 year (preferred)
