Our client, a leading national therapy services provider dedicated to improving lives through innovative and effective NDIS support, is currently on the lookout for skilled and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioners. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement evidence-based support plans for NDIS participants, focusing on individual needs, goals, and strengths.
- Foster meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, aiming to reduce restrictive practices.
- Collaboratively work with families, carers, and other support networks to enhance the capacity and knowledge of those involved in the participants' lives.
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing mentorship to less experienced practitioners.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Confirmed CORE Level suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- A degree in an allied health profession, with current membership/registration with relevant bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, SPA, AOB, ANZACATA, AASW, etc.).
