**Who are you?**
Reporting to the Residence Manager this critical role needs an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction by supporting a busy and passionate team.

While no two days are the same, this critical role has some key responsibilities.

Ensuring the rostering of staff are completed a fortnight in advance in time and attendance system (Human Force)

Working with the People & Culture team to onboard new staff and offboard staff i.e. documentation and processes are completed

Responding to staff enquiries and feedback in a prompt, efficient, empathetic and supportive manner. ensuring all governance and competence pierces are maintained, monitored, and updated accordingly, including student registers.

Monitoring and organising of Mandatory Training. Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by the Residence Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33.17 per hour
