The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, this role will see you working on a wide range of campaign programs connecting subscribers with our unique, brilliant and engaging streaming content. - 3 years working in agencies/and or brand owners, designing and implementing carefully measured omni-channel campaigns
- 2 years working end to end in Adobe Campaign, through the entire campaign lifecycle
- Building and integrating Adobe Campaign with other software and services
- Working with Adobe Campaign data to do targeting, Actions, Flow Control activities, Connectors, setting up deliveries
- Developing and implementing RESTful APIs to synchronise relational databases with other resources and data structures
- Designing and implementing test plans (A/B and multivariate)
- Building reporting for stakeholders
- Developing metrics and tracking campaign effectiveness, utilising built-in system reporting and system audits
- Developing data queries
- Scripting, or use of compiled, or interpreted languages like Python

About you
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Deep understanding of what drives consumer response and value
- Ability to collaborate with others, educate, train, and share knowledge
- Ability to articulate complex technical designs to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly regarded (Experience working with):

- Javascript; Angular, Node.js, etc.
- Markup languages, CSS, etc.
- Development tools in common browsers to troubleshoot/check changes
- APIs: Postman, checking data integrity, verification
- SQL, No-SQL, SQ-Lite, etc.
- Regular expressions, text editors, both common and Open Source tools
- Automation using scripts, routines, functions
- SEO or SEM, Google Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics
- Community projects
- Data structures (Maintaining, developing, or optimising)
- BI Tools Experience, e.g. Tableau, PowerBi, etc. (desirable)
- Certifications in MarTech tools and software
- Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Target, CDP, DMP, AEP, Analytics.

Ability to:

- Design meaningful experiences for program subscribers and make recommendations to optimise programs
- Make ongoing improvements in campaign workflows and enhance new and existing data points, improve attribution, personalisation, etc.
- Measure program concepts and methods, subscriber experience, developing insight and effects
- Achieve and innovate to enhance engagement with audiences.
