The Role

Set among lush ferns and swaying palms in the heart of Mona Vale, Pittwater Village's idyllic location strikes the perfect balance between coastal tranquility and contemporary convenience.

From friendly neighbours and elegant homes to quality amenities and peaceful surroundings, this welcoming retirement village exhibits a supportive community providing a vibrant, connected lifestyle in the beautiful Northern Beaches.

This role calls for someone who enjoys getting creative and is inspired to create a fun and positive environment for our residents

Reporting the Village Manager, your duties will include:
- Organising and facilitating activities and events inside and outside of the village- Working closely with residents and social committee- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist with our colourful village events and activities- Administrative tasks, such as arranging the social calendar and contributing to the weekly newsletter and magazine.

About You

with activity/event coordination would be advantageous although not essential, as well as having the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, proactive, can-do attitude- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)- Be motivated and able to take initiative- Basic administrative skills
