**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop detailed business process design and customer journey to develop an online service to deliver pharma products
- Lead projects to launch a new online pharmacy, leading the work of cross-functional teams, owning the project budget, and guiding the development of the website and integration with current internal management systems
- Lead projects to improve onsite experience and visibility for new Pet Owners, including shaping the customer journey, developing new landing pages, creating new bundle products, and guiding Meganav adjustments
- Redefine the product concept, value proposition and brand strategy for subscription boxes
- Develop and A/B test new partnerships models and structures

**Your ideal experience**:

- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a relevant field

**Role Location**

At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement of [2+ days] in our pet friendly offices and the remaining working from home.
