About the team
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.
About the Role
You’ll manage the end to end process through renewal transformation. By coordinating and providing support in the right areas, you’ll work towards landing the implementation of the renewal strategy across the state.

allocating scope of works within the state and communicating them with key stakeholders
coach and develop the team towards the best business outcomes, as well as for personal development
identifying commercial opportunities to improve financial performance within renewal stores
About you and your skills
a strong background in retail store management, combined with exceptional leadership skills
the ability to coach and develop a large, diverse team of talented individuals
a successful track record leading multiple projects across multiple sites
a natural flair for communicating with and influencing a variety of stakeholders
merchandising skills
commercial awareness combined with a passion for customers
the ability to analyse reports and interpret data
