**The Opportunity**:
The role of the Administrative Specialist is pivotal within KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions (ADSS), providing administrative support for our Senior Leadership Team.
There are two (2) positions available:
- x1 full time, permanent
- x1 full time, fixed term (12 months)
**These roles can be based in either Canberra (preferred) or Brisbane.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of senior leadership calendars
- Preparation and organisation of travel requirements
- Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential information
- Provide administrative support during meetings
- Manage monthly credit card, reimbursements, and timesheet approvals.
- Work closely with the broader administration team for ADSS
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or complex administrative position.
- Ability to manage multiple senior-level executive leaders and build strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and exhibits high emotional intelligence
