**About this role**

As a Bids & Proposals Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the firm's growth. This is a great opportunity for an individual to make an immediate impact on firm-wide efficiencies, while growing their proposal management skills within a supportive team of business development and sales specialists.

You will work directly with people from all levels of the firm including Partners, and all service and industry teams. The role encompasses all aspects of a proposals function - from qualifying appropriate opportunities and end-to-end management of proposals, to ensuring the right tools and resources are available for the firm.

**Key responsibilities**
- Work closely with Partners to prepare and project manage proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Provide strategic input into tender responses, including the development of pricing strategies and value propositions
- Run robust go/no-go discussions prior to client pursuits
- Facilitate tender debriefs with proposal teams and, when appropriate, clients
- Contribute to the enhancement of proposal management processes, templates, content and credentials through Salesforce and a new brand management platform

**Skills & experience**
- Experience within professional services or a B2B environment preferred but not essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong writer with the ability to translate technical services and solutions into plain language
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
