Blue Tongue Adventure, a NDIS registered disability support provider based in Wynnum and Toowoomba, is seeking a creative and dedicated professional to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
We are searching for a creative and adaptable Ceramics, Art Program, and Social Media Coordinator to lead and develop our art programs while managing our social media presence. While experience in ceramics is essential, formal training is not required. Art therapy experience and digital art skills are valuable additions to this role, ideal for someone eager to make art accessible and engaging for our crew. The role is part time, minimum 20 hours per week, negotiable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement ceramics and art programs that are inclusive, safe, and supportive.
- Facilitate engaging sessions, adapting to participants’ individual needs.
- Coordinate with support staff to ensure smooth program delivery and participant engagement.
- Maintain NDIS-compliant records and reports, tracking program outcomes.
- Create social media content that showcases the activities and achievements of our participants, increasing community awareness.

**Qualification and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Experience in ceramics and managing art programs, with a strong interest in working with people with disabilities.
- Experience in Kiln operation and firing processes

**Desired**:

- Background in art therapy
- Experience with digital art mediums or music (photography, videography, digital drawing)
- Experience working in the disability sector.
- Proficient communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

**Additional Requirements**:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certification, Australian Driver’s License, and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
