Rexcel Training has been delivering high-quality training across Australia for over 30 years. We're now seeking a passionate and experienced Forklift Trainer / Assessor to help shape the next generation of safe, confident forklift operators.

Your Role:

As a key member of our training team, you will:

  • Deliver forklift licensing training and assessment in line with SafeWork SA requirements
  • Support students to develop the skills and confidence for safe forklift operations
  • Monitor and report on student progress and learning outcomes
  • Play a role in developing and improving training resources
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What You Need to Bring:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • SafeWork SA Accreditation for forklift training and assessment
  • Current LF Forklift High Risk Work Licence
  • Industry experience in transport and logistics
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse learners

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience or qualifications in:

  • Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
  • Certificate III in Supply Chain Logistics
  • Manual Handling Training
