- **Maintain Compliance**: Adhere to RTO compliance procedures, ensuring accurate student records and timely assessment feedback.
- **Embrace Diversity**: Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Stay Current**: Commit to ongoing professional development and maintain industry currency in your relevant field.
- **Involved in Social Media**: To ensure you class has enough students; we will need you to appear in photos & videos relevant to the qualification.

**Selection criteria are as follows**:

- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment**: A mandatory requirement for this position.
- **Relevant Vocational Qualifications**: Transport and Logistics (equal to or higher than the courses you'll be teaching)
- **Industry Experience**: Demonstrated experience and currency in the Transport & Logistics industry
- **Teaching Expertise**: Proven ability to develop training materials, deliver engaging sessions, and assess student performance effectively.
- **Tech Savviness**: Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Catapult, Moodle) is highly desirable.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
