**About Your Role**

Access Telehealth is Australia’s leading Telehealth provider. Our fast-growing business is designed to connect people and improve health outcomes. We are now expanding our primary care service for nursing homes across Australia.

This role will allow you to combine your extensive practice manager experience and entrepreneurial flair to create the new standard for practices in nursing homes. You will join a high-performance team committed to re-imagine the future of health care in Australia.

This is a Full-Time position, working from our head office which is located in Dingley.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Medical Director and broader management team to establish this primary care practice ensuring all operational and compliance capabilities are built
- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including clinician management and on-boarding, billing procedures, and record keeping
- Manage a team of high-performing clinical and non-clinical staff
- Ensure practice compliance with all relevant regulations including developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures
- Improve patient care through evaluating appointment procedures, services and patient feedback
- Coordinate positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in Practice management
- Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Reliable and ability to work in an agile workplace
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and use initiative

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Practice Accreditation
- Medical Director (Helix) experience highly regarded
- Diploma or Certificate in Practice Management
