**THE ROLE**:
Our client is seeking a Lawyer/Case Manager for an initial period of 12 months to be seconded to a federal agency based in Canberra.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent legal graduate or junior lawyer to gain experience in a Commonwealth agency while working in small but supportive environment.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities will include assisting with:

- drafting various legal reports on behalf of the Director;
- drafting agreements and general correspondence on behalf of the Director;
- interpreting medical assessments offered by medical consultants and integrating observations into reports and agreements; and
- daily liaising with legal representatives as part of the case management process.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
A current Baseline security clearance is also essential.
