Job Description Summary

Great opportunity for a Service Contracts Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity in Macquarie Park.

**Job Description**:
Purpose: The Service Contracts Specialist role is to ensure that all service level agreements and contracts are managed in CRM and administer the contracts related activities. Develop strong relationships with all functions at BD ANZ to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed.

Main Responsibilities- Maintenance of the Contracts Database, Contracts tracker by liaising with the associates within the organization- Manage service level agreements in SAP CRM and Smax- Contracts Reporting- Preparation, coordination, and management of new service agreements.- Invoicing customers and filing in accordance with the needs of the customer support department- Archiving of documents and records when required.- Preparing quotes and follow up.- Ensuring customer purchase orders are processed within departments KPI’s- Highly effective project and time management skills, providing phone support, performing office tasks and other similar duties.- High attention to detail with excellent proof-reading ability

Job Requirements- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP (Essential)- CRM tool Salesforce and Service max is desirable- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suits specially in Excel (Essential)- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers- An understanding of the contracts process- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team- High level of initiative and a good eye for detail- Well organized and ability to multitask to meet deadlines in a high-volume transaction department by managing and prioritizing tasks- Focused on delivering quality outcomes
