**About our Program**

We’re recruiting into two exciting data focused streams:

- **Data Science (Technical)**: Work on AI and machine learning projects, predictive modelling, data engineering, and the development of tools that shape the future of our business.
- **Preferred degrees**: Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- **Skills we value**: Curiosity about AI and data ethics, strong analytical and coding ability (Python a plus), and confidence engaging stakeholders.
- **Data Analysis (Non-Technical)**: Turn data into decisions that matter through performance reporting, claims analysis, portfolio management, and data visualisation - driving better outcomes for our customers.
- **Preferred degrees**:Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems.
- **Skills we value**: Problem solving, clear communication, curiosity, SQL Development, Tableau and other relevant scripting languages together with a growth mindset.

**Who can apply?**
- Full working rights in Australia
- Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
- Completed a minimum bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade
