As we expand our services to include advanced data analytics, we are seeking a talented graduate who is passionate about this emerging field and eager to grow alongside us.

**In this role you will**:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements, processes and business needs.
- Utilise skills in data management, analysis, modelling and visualisation to extract actionable insights and effectively communicate them.
- Deliver and refine dashboard builds, providing recommendations on results

**Desired skills and experience**
- Track record of contributing to business process improvements through data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results.
- Expertise in Power BI and SQL with experience using relational databases.
- Experience in data warehousing and automated reporting using Power BI or similar visualisation platforms.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (accounting, computer science, mathematics, STEM) or equivalent experience interrogating, summarising, and interpreting data in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other visualisation platforms
- Experience with financial data is desirable, but not required.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this new area of our practice.

- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
