- Pay: From $35-40 per hour depending on experience

A loving and active family in Burleigh Heads, QLD are seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their 2 children (2 yr old boy and 3 month old baby girl).

**The days and normal hours are -2-3 days per week**

Ideally

Wed, Thurs, Fri 9am -5pm

A nanny who is engaging, fun to be around but also nurturing and calm.

Energetic nanny who is able to provide fun, creative and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that will assist in the children’s development.

A nanny who has strong personal values, is trustworthy, reliable and able to form a special bond with the whole family and stay on a long term basis.

Experience with young babies, toddlers and caring for multiple children at once is essential for this role.

The nanny must be comfortable with the parents at home.

Main duties will include looking after our 2 year old boy. This will include helping throughout the day with activities, play, meals and evenings helping with dinner, bath and bedtime routine. Then looking after the baby on a Tues/Wed when the eldest has activities has swimming and sports activities on. When possible some light house cleaning/washing/chores and meal prepping.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the children
- Follow the children's routine
- Play and engage with the children
- Light household duties - Tidying and clearing
- Help prep/cook meals
- Laundry

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years nanny or childcare experience
- Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Experience caring for young babies
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Blue Card
- Display strong communication skills and speak good english
- Basic cooking skills
- Full Drivers licence and clean driving record
- Basic cooking skills
