**Student Enquiry Officer - NSW Government - Multiple roles**
- **Initial 12 month contract with view to extend**:

- **$35ph + super**:

- **ASAP start pending checks (looking at potential start dates of early August)**:

- **Strathfield location - Onsite full time**:

- **38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm**:

- **Working with Children Check**

**The role**:

- A fantastic team culture providing training and opportunities within an established Government education sector
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Using multiple systems for accurate data entry and call logging
- A range of administration tasks
- Following the processes and procedures of the organisation at all times

**About you**:

- Hardworking, driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Previous experience in a call centre, administration or sales
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Tech savvy, and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to manage your time and work in a fast paced environment
- People orientated with an ability to develop strong relationships
- Working with Children Check required
