**Eléme Day Spa **embraces nature and offers a range of restorative treatments with a menu flexible allowing our therapists the opportunity to personalise treatment for all our guests and visitors. **THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the General Manager, our Spa Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the day spa. The position requires effective leadership of the team of spa therapists and outstanding coordination of spa operations and schedules. The position requires a thorough knowledge of the full variety of massage and beauty modalities and treatments offered, as well as a high standard of communication skills and knowledge of the products being used. The Spa Manager is to lead the team to achieve excellent guest care in every instance. The spa is a critical part of our guests experience and embraces restorative treatments with like-minded products reflecting our passion for natural healing. You will enjoy:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day operations of Eléme Day Spa
- Creating strategic plans to deliver financial targets and elevate the Crystalbrook Collection brand
- Ensuring the team maintain high service and presentation standards
- Conduct periodic guest surveys to ensure satisfaction levels meet expectations
- Ensuring the team delivers an exceptional guest experience
- Attracting, recruiting, motivating and developing our talent
- Providing the level of service that creates loyalty with clients
- Liaising with colleagues internally to create initiatives to attract new clientele
- Monitor inventory through monthly stocktakes to ensure appropriate product stock levels.
- Arrange all staff rosters
- Remaining current with global health and beauty trends. A spokesperson for wellness.
- Ensuring the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the Spa
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Significant and established Spa Management experience in a high end, luxury environment
- Technical expertise to recruit, train and inspire a team
- A diploma level qualification in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy
- Be a visible leader with the ability to train and develop a large team
- A natural flare in delivering exceptional customer service
- A passion for wellness and providing the best possible guest experience.
- Service focused with a natural ability to think outside the box enabling a drive for continuous improvement and new ways of thinking
