**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Execute the strategic roadmap and all business-related identity management integration projects
- Responsible for overall systems management; support and execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Work with business stakeholders and other team members in gathering requirements
- Manage projects, understand and adapt to changing business requirements, resolve issues, comply with security and data protection regulations
- Supports the enterprise IAM solution by serving as a key technical resource
- IAM expertise and provide guidance to various business units and working closely with IT and cybersecurity groups to gather identity and access management requirements to design and implement access controls across all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies.
- Accountable for monitoring/reporting progress of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Work closely with product/ project managers, service owners, development teams and IT delivery management teams

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- 5+ years of experience within IT and IDAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline
- CAMS Certification preferred
- Familiarity with database concepts and relationa databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Security Access Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
- Project development life cycle with deployment experience
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices
- Experience in Okta, ForgeRock, Ping suite or related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
