**WANTED: Professional Trainer and Nutrition Coach**

- We help working professionals establish a consistent health and fitness regimen, have more energy and get and stay out of pain via our personal training, small group training and nutrition coaching services._
- Our coaches are experts in custom programming, corrective exercise and nutrition._
- Our personal training clients have specific rehabilitation or performance goals._
- Our Small Group Training clients each follow individualised training programs and work with a dedicated Success Coach for support and accountability. Our classes have a max capacity of 10._
- Our coaches also work with clients remotely to provide custom training programs._
- All of our programs and services are individual and customised for each client._

**What You’ll Own**
- Leading Small Group Training and 1:1 Personal Training sessions
- Programming client Small Group Training and Personal Training sessions
- Leading and delivering the Nutrition Coaching service
- Guiding the Client Journey: Onboarding, goal setting, welfare and accountability check-ins
- Maintaining a premium and professional environment
- Being an integral part of and contributing positively to community and culture
- Attending and contributing to business and professional development meetings

**Outcomes You’ll Produce**
- Excellent client satisfaction and feedback ratings
- Referrals, online reviews and membership renewals/upgrades
- 80% client compliance rate

**What You Need**
- **Certifications**:

- must have Cert III and IV in Fitness and a recognised Nutrition qualification
- **Work Experience** - minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience is required. 2 years is preferred
- **Schedule Flexibility**:

- onboarding for this position will require several hours of shadow coaching at different days and times. Once the position has been filled, a more consistent schedule will be established. All team members must remain flexible in their ability to service clients and support the team as the needs of clients and the business change
- **Commute & Transportation**:

- must live within commutable distance of Stafford and be available and prepared to work a combination of early morning (4:30am start) and late evening (7pm finish) shifts across the week
