**About the Role**

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team.
This role is for someone who can confidently manage a busy reception desk, provide excellent client service, and support the business with day-to-day administration.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Answer and direct phone calls, handling enquiries with professionalism
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as the face of Insurance House
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Oversee the shared inbox
- Assist with general administration tasks
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar busy reception role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, well-presented, and punctual approach
- A proactive attitude and a desire to grow your career within a professional services business
