**The role on offer**
We currently have a part-time position available for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist who will represent JT Consulting Engineers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
**Roles and Responsibility**
- Telephone - answer & distribute calls
- Stationery - maintain stock levels - order & receive
- Presentation - Maintain reception area in a tidy condition
- Book meeting rooms
- General Administration tasks
**To be successful in this role, it is envisaged that you will have**:
- Previous reception and customer service experience
- MYOB experience is advantageous but not essential
- Possess a professional and enthusiastic telephone manner
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Possess high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Good organisational skills
- Social media skills are preferred but not required
