Iron Cove Global is currently supporting a growth focussed base and precious metals producer who holds a multitude of operating and development assets within Asia. To support and strengthen company's geometallurgical function, a Principal Geometallurgist is currently required to join the group’s corporate office in Asia.

**Role**
- Plan and develop procedures to improve geometallurgy efficiencies across the business;
- Create ore characterisation programs to enhance orebody knowledge across company mine assets;
- Develop systems for categorising and interpreting data from active operating mines and development projects;
- Train, mentor and support staff across the business in geometallurgical function;
- Maintain communication with other department peers across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in science discipline;
- Prior track record working in the same or similar position with a mining organisation;
- Self-motivated, well organised with strong team working aptitude;
- Willing and able to relocate to the companies technical office location in Asia.
