**"At Commonwealth Bank of Australia**we are proud to support flexibility, let's discuss what this means for you"** **See yourself in our team** **Institutional Banking and Markets**(IB&M) is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors, and provides a full range of capital raising, transactional and risk management products and services. **IB&M Finance**supports the business in providing financial control, financial analysis and insight, product control, regulatory accounting and related project and strategy implementation support. IB&M Performance Management team is responsible for all matters relating to performance reporting, including management, balance sheet, forecasting and other actuals reporting. **Do work that matters** The role reports to the Manager of Performance Management. The role will have regular interactions with: - Other IB&M Finance areas - Product Control, Business Partnering and Decision Support - Technology Finance - Operations Finance - Group Finance - IB&M Business **Key duties will include**: - Preparation and delivery of key financial processes includes month-end close and reporting. This will include the preparation of the funded balance sheet. - Half year and year-end profit announcement and supporting documents - Quarterly CEO briefing packs - Financial insights to present to IB&M Leadership Team - Build and maintain effective relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - Identify efficiency initiatives in reporting, forecasting and analysis, leveraging Group data tools and assets - Providing robust management reporting based on a strong foundation of financial control - Working with senior stakeholders in providing decision support and analysis with actionable insightDeveloping strong relationships across the Group built on integrity and trust - **We’re interested in hearing from people who**have** - Demonstrated commitment to customer service and delivering quality outcomes - Good commercial acumen - Experience with stakeholder management - Experience in financial modelling - Strong financial skills - Experience with SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools - Excellent verbal and written presentation skills - Demonstrates initiative - Strong eye for detail with ability to distil key messages and bring insight We're aware of some accessibility issues on this site, particularly for screen reader users.
