**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The initial project is a 10 storey serviced apartment tower in North Sydney that has a 4 level basement, car stacker/lift and a unique timber stencilled concrete panelled facade. It is nearing completion and doing well with a great team dicing it and needs an additional Foreman support to help coordinate and push finishes in the apartments to the high standard that ULTRA is known for.

Following on from here, there are a number of new projects across Sydney that will start after Christmas. These include residential apartments, commercial fitout, Commercial tower, large facade upgrade project, an industrial facility and potentially a hotel. Project values will range from $10m to $90m.

ULTRA Foremen drive people and process in a very methodical, technically detailed and proactive manner. They are the conduit between Leading Hands, subbies, their SM & PM and are relied upon to solve problems, document everything and have site that is always clean and safe.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are a 'builder' who can run a project from start to finish and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You ideally come from a solid Tier 2 main contractor in Sydney and are very comfortable with the documentation required (construction, program, quality, safety) and be across this without compromising your site presence. You have exceptional time management to ensure you are across every single aspect of your project and you are completely non compromising with regards to quality & safety. You manage people with clear direction and support your team to drives great outcomes.

You have a range of commercial and residential projects ($20m - $50m) in your background that you have driven from start to finish.

As ULTRA is ISO accredited and is proudly the first building in Sydney to achieve a 4 Gold Start iCIRT rating, quality and compliance is paramount and you will be required to plan, coordinate and document all compliance items.
