- As our Learning Facilitation Specialist, you’ll work across all aspects of learning and development at Lifeblood, with a primary focus on facilitating engaging learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at Lifeblood. You’ll be confident delivering to a broad range of audience groups, including leaders. Whether online or in-person, you’ll create inclusive, engaging environments where learners feel supported and challenged.

- Proven experience designing and facilitating a range of learning programs (including leadership development)
- Confidence with virtual training tools and technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to identify and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile ways of working would be advantageous
- This is a newly created fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between WFH and our Melbourne Processing Centre. We are open to full or part-time (8-10 days a fortnight). Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
