Learning Facilitation Specialist at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. This is a newly created fixed-term position until June 2026 with the option of full or part-time (8-10 days a fortnight) in Melbourne. Circa $120-130k (pro-rata) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
Responsibilities- Work across all aspects of learning and development at Lifeblood, facilitating engaging learning programs to enhance the skills of Lifeblood's employees.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, create effective learning materials, and provide advice regarding learning pathways as part of an integrated learning strategy.
- Deliver to a broad range of audience groups, including leaders, in online or in-person formats; create inclusive, engaging environments where learners feel supported and challenged.
- Design and facilitate a range of learning programs (including leadership development).
- Proven experience designing and facilitating a range of learning programs (including leadership development).
- Confidence with virtual training tools and technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to identify and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile ways of working would be advantageous.
This is a newly created fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between work-from-home and the Melbourne Processing Centre. We are open to full or part-time (8-10 days a fortnight).
