Learning Facilitations Specialist – Australian Red Cross Lifeblood

Newly created fixed-term position until June 2026 – option of full or part-time (8-10 days a fortnight) – Melbourne location. Circa $120-130k (pro-rata) + superannuation + salary packaging.
Responsibilities- Work across all aspects of learning and development at Lifeblood, facilitating engaging learning programs to enhance the skills of Lifeblood's employees.
- Deliver to a broad range of audience groups, including leaders, in both online and in-person formats. Create inclusive, engaging environments where learners feel supported and challenged.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, create effective learning materials, and advise on learning pathways as part of a multi-faceted, integrated learning strategy.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating a range of learning programs (including leadership development).
- Confidence with virtual training tools and technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile ways of working would be advantageous.
- Newly created fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between work from home and Melbourne Processing Centre.
- Open to full or part-time arrangements (8-10 days a fortnight).
