**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work with the teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including our offshore team, to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with the offshore team and onshore directors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**How to Apply**:
