Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper & Admin Officer** to join our team full-time and support us in the exciting world of **construction, real estate, and land development.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide essential office administration support and manage documentation.
- Assist with permit preparation and compliance paperwork.
- Use Microsoft Office daily - strong proficiency is essential.
- Communicate effectively inEnglish.

**What We’d Love (but not required)**:

- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or land development.
- Creative skills with design tools such as **Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.**

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (Visit construction sites is required time to time)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
