**Catering Attendant - Artarmon Location - 4am starts**

- Cold Section: Salads, Hors D'Oeuvres, Appetizers
- $30ph + Super
- 38 hours per week, no weekends
- Must have own vehicle to travel to Artarmon at 4am

Vanilla Blue is an award-winning corporate caterer that delivers over 100 orders to clients in the greater Sydney area daily. We are looking for a **Catering Attendant** to join our fast-paced and well-organised Partie-based kitchen team.

This role requires the applicant to be available during the shift hours listed above, and weekend & public holiday work when required. Other casual shifts may be available from time to time.

**Job Details**
- Artarmon Location. Applicants need to arrange their own transport as trains/buses will not be running
- Staff meals and beverages to enjoy with each shift during your break.
- Uniform shirt/jacket and apron provided

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Basic cutting
- Basic food prep
- Assisting with the labelling, picking and packing
- Section clean down
- Basic cleaning and tidying up after yourself
- Ability to work autonomously and follow clear instructions correctly
- Great eye for detail and quality control with a flair for presentation
- Ability to multitask and perform to proven KPIs
- Be punctual, reliable and a great communicator
- Clean work with great attention to food hygiene and work safety

**To be successful you must**:

- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Own transport by car/bike/scooter for 4am starts
- Ability to multitask
- Be confident working with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds and educational levels
- Proven experience working in a fast and clean manner
- Hold current food safety certifications
- Have strong written and spoken English

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
