Vanilla Blue is an award-winning corporate caterer, providing nourishing meals to clients across Sydney. We are looking for 2 x Catering Attendants to join our fast-paced and well-organised Partie-based kitchen team.

About this role:
- Based in Artarmon, 2064
- Between 4:00am-12:00pm (Early morning shifts)
- Monday to Friday, generally no weekend work
- hours per week, depending on the needs of the business
- Work across our hot, cold, pastry and sandwich sections
- Must have own vehicle for the early morning shifts (public transport will be limited for 4am start)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare fresh ingredients through basic cutting and food preparation
- Support smooth operations by assisting with labeling, picking, and packing
- Maintain a tidy workspace by readily cleaning and tidying work area
- Multitask and perform effectively within established kitchen systems
- Works independently and accurately, follow instructions with precision
- Contribute positively to the team by being punctual, reliable, and communicating well
- Prioritise hygiene and safety, performing all tasks upholding the highest standards
To be successful in the role:
- Own transport to start work at 4am when required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Confident working with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds
- Proven experience working in a fast and clean manner
- Current food safety certifications
- Working proficiency in spoken and written English
