Responsibilities include:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing, mail etc
- Provide administrative support to the sales, property management and marketing team
- Database management and diary management as required
- Work independently and also thrive in a team based environment
- Provide research assistance, compile data and prepare reports
- Keep reception, boardroom & kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Reporting of general office maintenance to manager
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position ideally within the real estate/property industry
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload, work with competing deadlines, take initiative, be flexible and efficient
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have corporate, professional presentation
- A genuine care factor and dedication to process & procedure
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration
You will be the face of our business, you are friendly, bubbly and display an enthusiastic attitude towards our clients, be well presented, organised and have impeccable communication skills.
