**About the role**:
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community. You will be providing 2:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established SIL accommodation in Beveridge, Victoria

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
- Experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual disability, psychosis and impaired cognition.
- Experience working with youths with challenging behaviours (highly valued)
- Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Must be available to work 20+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including active nights.

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
- National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
